"I've dealt with these people in the past when Carol was there.... At that time in the drop of a hat I could get anything, She would work so hard to make sure her customers were taken care of. Well it's unfortunate that she retired I'm happy for her however ,,this business doesn't care about its customers anymore. I tried to purchase or look for a brake pad for an f800 which is very hard to find, without even trying to look totally brushes me off to the side refer me to the dealer.. didn't even try to look tells me they don't deal with truck parts like that??? In the past I only dealt with them to get the parts for my truck . They won't get my business anymore"

"Do NOT take your vehicle here! They removed a large metal front grill from my vehicle and then "lost" it. Did not offer me money or seem to care. My vehicle was there for a year while they "looked for parts" , I went over there several times for updates, they said they were still looking. Then I get a phone call asking " what are you going to do with it?". Your vehicle will come out in worse condition."
