"It’s not often that one has an experience with a mechanic and can say “Now that was awesome customer service! And A+ work completed that I, the customer am confident of” A.L.S. Kustoms is the place to take your vehicle with confidence that it is in trustworthy hands. We bought a used vehicle from a car lot that had some problems. The car lot told us the vehicle was ready when it was not. We were dropped off in a town 45 minutes from home and we were going on the car lots word. It was a hot day! Over 100 degrees outside! We walked the sidewalk from 8am till 6pm. The car lot informed us at the end of the day that they were closing down and best they could do was drop us at the mechanic shop where the car was torn apart. This mechanic had been working all day, himself (a one man show). He was hot and tired too! When he heard that we had no way to get home he decided to stay at his shop another hour and half and take his personal vehicle across town to pick up parts that were not being delivered to fix our vehicle. Not only has he earned himself this amazing review and a permanent customer, he is saving the car lot from receiving a bad review! Alex saved the day! I have nothing bad to say. Thank you so much!"

"Alex did some work on my son's truck we put together for him. Needed the front leveled to make it look right and some rear shocks. He recommended outer tie rods it definitely needed those. Got it lined up and made recommendations and observations to help us make decisions for its future.
