And then always a problem with the next time(s) too with no resolve or intention for resolution. And it's our mission to make more happen for associates, local communities and even the planet — through programs, policies and the values we live by.” What are your values if this is the quality of product & level of service you provide EVERY time? I am a small business that is doing its best to gain more customers everyday so that I can grow as a person and as a business and you, Staples, are making me look bad. What does John Lederer have to say about that or do you not know who that is? Needless to say I am again disappointed. I keep trying and yet, this is what I get, every time. If there is ANYTHING that I can count on when I place an order with Staples is that they’ll mess up again -they won’t even earn 1 star!"
