"Blown away by this team. Almost hesitant to review so this place stays a hidden gem. Firstly, Adam and Dustin at the desk are warm and funny people. They immediately set realistic expectations and quickly gave me the earliest time slot, which happened to be the next day. After I returned, they were quick to intake my electric vehicle and point out the difference in the tire (mine had foam inside that had to have a section removed to fix the flat tire). The mechanic was friendly and even showed me the nail that he pulled out. Lastly, I feel like the prices here are really good, but in reality they care about being fair and wanting to have you as a return customer. So rare to find this today. Thank you Auto ER team, and I look forward to coming in for a fix next time."
