"If I could I would give this operation 0 stars. Bought carpet from Home Depot in August with installation guaranteed within 7 days. Spoke with Joseph at US Installations 2 weeks ago and was scheduled for installation on Monday 9/23. On Monday 9/23 we received a call that installation would need to be postponed until Wednesday due to installer being injured. I understand things happen. Install rescheduled for Wednesday 9/25. On 9/25 two installers show up and determine that our bed is “too complex” for them to disassemble, despite the fact that we paid fee for “complex bed” disassembly. Installer said he had to “call his boss” and proceeded to get in his vehicle and drive away. Contacted Hone Depot and was told that if we disassembled bed the installers would return between 1pm and 3 pm. We called US Installations to confirm and were told that the installers would be back by 3 pm if we disassembled bed-despite paying extra fee for “complex bed disassembly”. We had bed disassembled in preparation for installation. Installer never showed. Contacted US Installations and was transferred to Joseph. Joseph stayed that installer went home and there was nothing he could do because the carpet was in the installers truck. When we asked what he was going to do about it, Joseph stayed, “What do you want me to do, I drive a sedan, I can’t get the carpet to you”. He went on to say, “and my installer won’t be in tomorrow either”. As my frustration grew, I asked again what US Installers was going to do to get my carpet installed and was told by Joseph, “ talk to Home Depot” then he hung up. This is unacceptable. We paid in advance for “complex bed disassembly” but the bed was “too complex” for installers to disassemble despite being paid in advance. We get bed disassembled with a clear, and confirmed understanding by Home Depot and US Installations that installation would take place between noon and 3 pm."

"Carpet installation"

"Bought carpet and vinyl from home depot. First they put carpet in my dining room where I wanted vinyl. Then after waiting 32 days for them to get someone to put my vinyl on the guys that came spoke hardly no English had me sign something about lead paint and just left. After 15 calls from me flooding their phones they tell me the guys said my house was full of trash which it wasnt was a bit cluttered from moving and waiting for the flooring to be done. And nothing was on the floor that was getting the vinyl put on. And they said my house smelled like cat piss and pooh. Have had at least 20 people in since moving and none said they could smell a thing and had a few people over afterwards just to make sure. Said the guys were already out of the area and they wouldn't be able to get them back out. Home depot then wants to see if I am willing to wait another month for another instillation date which I refused and demanded a refund for the cost of. Now I got to get a friend to install it that does better work then 2 so called pros from this company. I would not ever recommend them. Hell try YouTube before letting these bozos install anything."
