"We are extremely happy with our new patio table & chairs. We have visited The Patio Store a few times. They have a great selection of pictures to hang and other items. We've bought 2 large pictures and the prices were very reasonable. We also purchased a net & hung it on our wall and attached shells and starfish which they sell. Lots of neat items to browse. The staff is very friendly & helpful too. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!"

"Buyers beware! While we are all about supporting the local community, and promote buying local on social media, I would not recommend buying anything from Patio Depot. They over sell and under deliver and do not have a customer's best interest in mind. We spent over $6000 on patio furniture that was contractually promised to us in June. We made multiple phone calls to the store because they won't call you to give you any updates. At the end of July there was still no furniture, so I told the store clerk we wanted a refund. She said she would let the owner know. The owner never called me. Now we're in the second week of August and we come home to furniture sitting out on our driveway. The store delivered furniture while we were gone, no one notified us they were coming, no one knocked on the door, no one provided any receipt that we had all pieces of furniture, no accountability or responsibility on the store's end. I finally got in touch with the owner today and asked about my refund and she said I was unprofessional and she would not refund us. That will be the customer support you receive! It's a one-way contract so think twice before you pay. We have to abide by the contract, but they don't."
