"Job was partially done. Staff prioritized filling in computer information rather than helping customers. Head operator/manager got upset when I claimed they didn't rotate my tires. I marked the valve stem on the rim with a sharpie and sure enough it stayed in the same place. Took me into a room to show me a security camera recording of proof, and continued to raise his voice and remain in a disgusting tone after he showed me it. Appeared that the worker took off the tire but never moved the positions. My driver side still has the same marking on the tire emblem, rim, and valve stem. Won't be back, treat your customers more nicely rather than how you did. The customer is always right."

"Quinton saved the day! We came to the store about 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a blown tire situation. He assisted us with putting on the spare to "get us by for a while" which was awesome. We took the car on the spare back to the store and he was able to put a new tire on the rim and on the car with only 20 minutes left before closing. It was a blessing we were able to find someone so kind that was more than happy to help us. He is truly an asset to Pep Boys!"
