"My car was damaged while getting my car repaired and instead of fixing the damage that was created they used paint that didn't match my car or white out to mask the damage. I took a video and really close eye view of every inch of my car and I know that the damage wasn't there when I dropped my car off. I checked my car when I came to pick it up but in the sunlight I wasn't able to tell that it was there and the angle of the damage wasn't easy to notice but tonight I was able to see the damage when I was whipping bird poop off of my car. I'm so disappointed and angry. Why not just fix it correctly or let me know and schedule me to come back to have it fix. I wish I was able to post the pictures on here, I'm so annoyed."

"Took my girlfriends 2023 Tesla model 3 in here for warranty work, paint defect on the trunk. They repainted the trunk, and it looks just like it came out of the factory. They also washed the car so it is clean. And they even recharged the car for us without asking. The people are also very friendly and professional. And they also aired her tires up without mentioning."

"This is by far the worst car shop I’ve ever dealt with. When I first dropped off the car, they said it would be 4 - 5 weeks. My car is now ready after 11 weeks. Throughout the repair process, there was no communication from the shop. They didn’t even call me to tell me the car was ready. I’d take my car hours away just to not have to deal with this place."

"After I got rear ended at a stoplight, I was sad because of whiplash and last time I got the back of my car smashed it took 2 months to get it back and it was an okay job. Michael and Escambia Collision were on it from the first day I brought it up there and Micheal is super nice and professional. My car looks so good and it was finished in less than two weeks, AND it was cleaner and nicer than when I dropped it off. I am very grateful for Michael and everyone who worked on my Honda! "I got rear-ended in my Tesla Model Y. This is one of two Tesla certified repair shops in my area, still about an hour away. I called them to arrange an appointment to drop it off following the accident. They were booked up and my scheduled timed was about two months away. My appointment time finally came, I drove to drop off my vehicle and was told they would order the parts and should be about a week to complete the repair. They had some warehouse issues getting a replacement part, which lengthened the repair time significantly. Once they got the parts in, I called to check on it on the day they said they would be completed, only to find out there was another part that was broken that they didn't notice originally and had to order it to replace it. That finally happened, I picked my vehicle up and was satisfied with the quality of the repair even with the poor communication and extended time without my vehicle. Then the first rain happened and water was pouring into the back hatch of my vehicle. I called them to inform them it was leaking and they agreed to take a look. I drove the hour to their shop again, to find out they did not replace the weather seal when they replaced the entire lift gate. They adjusted the lift gate, replaced the weather seal and the leak was gone. Overall, slightly above average on the actual body repairs, poor communication, and I would not take my vehicle back to them again."
