"Scam. Dude has seen my vehicle twice and gave two different quotes. He isnt fancy enough to keep records and remember. Try someone honest. RESPONSE: my father replaced the evaporator and it STILL never worked. That 1st quote was the first scam. The part you said was the problem, WASNT!! Your claim that things are locked up on something that is never on or used is insane. The first time I personally came up there but since you like to rip women off I had my dad bring it in!!"

"Total ripoff!!! They charged me over $300 to replace one vacuum hose with $40 worth of "miscellaneous" charges. When asked why they said it was for shop towels. Beware and save yourself money by avoiding this place. I should have known better because another customer was also complaining while I was there.."

"These guys are on top of their game! Took my 911 to them thinking the worst. They made the repair in one day and charged a very fair price. A/C is cold and I am so happy. I was told they are the best and now I have no doubt. Highly recommend this shop. There is a reason they have been around so long. They are the best in the area no doubt."

"I would not recommend the people for anything. I'll tell you why I took my 2009 Dodge ram with a brand new create miter in there to have the AC fixed they quoted me 2000 dollars to fix the system. When I picked up my truck they had overfilled my oil unhooked my headlights and unhooked my back up camera from the back of the radio. 2 days after I get it back the air stops working again. So I took it back instead of them honoring what they fixed I got quoted another 1600 to fix it. I don't think so that don't even make no since. Also the guy that is the owner is a very rude dude. I would not recommend Prell air for no service at all"

So I ran it by Prell Auto and they checked it out. They fixed it on the spot and I was on my way. Very professional and great people to deal with. I will be recommending them to family and friends."
