"I had a really bad experience today shopping at Claire’s Sawgrass: 1. I came with a e-gift card my daughter received as a gift to make a purchase. 2. After our the cashier rings up our purchase and tries to input our e-gift card she tells me tha I am unable to use this payment method in the store. But provides an option complete my purchase, to buy everything online and pay with the e-gift card and pick up in store. 3. I followed the cashier instructions and at the end my purchase was more expensive online!!! When she calculated my purchase in store it was a total of $47.04 including taxes for 7 items (with the promotion of buy 3 and 3 free) and I ended up paying $50.22 with taxes for only 6 items. What time of scam is this??? I was told that offer is different online but I was actually in the store and this was the only option provided to actually leave with my purchase after we took our time selecting our items. I even asked her as I paid $50 and you rang me $47 at least give me an item with a $3 value for the difference and we are even, but I was denied of this. Very disappointed of my purchase and the service provided. It took us forever to do the purchase in the store/online."

"The information of their open time on Google is incorrect. They say they open at 10 when in fact they're open at 1 PM-ish due to employment shortages. I wouldn't have known this unless I didn't talk to a couple of people. Changing the information on Google and even a sign on the door would be a great help."

"Closed and locked during poster business hours an hour and a half before and the cashier just ignored everyone going up to the door. I understand sometimes places close early but it’d be better if they put up a sign."
