"I WAS SCAMMED!!!... Decided to go to Claire's to get my daughter's ears pierced, I must say they did a great job with the piercing, but the issue came in when they did not honor their policy of a free pair of earrings for a year with the purchase of getting your ears pierce. Nobody told me when checking out that if your getting multiple people's ears pierced you need to pay for them separately and use a different emails, so they booth can get their free earrings for the year. I paid $140.00 to get my daughter's ears pierce, which is ridiculous as is, and only one of them can get free earrings. It's so not fair cause when we go get earrings, one of my daughter's starts crying cause she can't get her free earrings. Called the corporate and complained about the issue, hoping they could fix it, they told me because I paid for them together, it don't matter how many people you pay for it's one coupon per receipt. To me this is so unfair because I paid for two kids, and they can see in the system that I paid for two kids. Because their staff did not inform us that it needed to be separated, only one child can get free earrings. They told me sorry theirs nothing they can do. SUCH A RIP OFF!!!"

My second piercing that I had gotten done a few years ago at another location was a bit uneven and Becca was able to do my new piercing and make everything look even again! I will definitely be coming back and getting another piercing done by her sometime soon!"

"They pierced my twins ears and did a good job. Two associates worked in tandem to do both ears at the same time to minimize discomfort. They did not cry. A little overpriced on the starter kit and they should not charge more for the rapid solution but the local store was good."
