"Today I brought in my young adult daughter who had her ears pierced here about six months ago. She had an infected piercing area today and had also broken her expensive, hypoallergenic earrings from the original piercing situation (which is why her ear was infected -- she's been wearing other, cheaper earrings). We were helped today by Jaslyn, who was very friendly and informative, told us what to do about the infection and replaced the broken earring with a new one. I was so impressed with Jaslyn that I asked her name so I could write this review. She was professional, helpful, and welcoming, an excellent representative for this store. It’s sad they don’t have a place to tip like regular piercing shops, they definitely deserve it for their hard work. I will definitely be bringing my daughters to get their ears pierced! She made sure my ears were alined evenly before piercing them (which turn out great) and went over the instructions on how to properly clean them.
