"Update January 2024: Still a good store to pick up sauces and noodles. Unfortunately things are yes, pricy! I would have definitely gotten more things if I could have afforded it. Good news is that they have a lot of Japanese style snacks and drinks at World Market up the road, and they are a little cheaper. I will still stop by and pick up a thing or two whenever I’m in the area, but can’t actually “shop” like I would like, many food items being $4.99-$6.99 and up for things that should be $2-3 . March 2023: I really like this store’s selection, but just can’t buy what I want with how expensive the markup is, which is 30-50% more than I would have expected certain items to be. I know the overseas shipping is expensive, and things are hiked up everywhere but paying almost $7 for a single frozen pastry that they make in California seems too much, when they sell it for $2-3 a piece. Same for frozen dumplings, I buy normally for $8.99 in Orlando, but it was $14.99 here. I would have purchased a ton more if it was more affordable. I would like to stock up on my Asian essentials but sigh, the wallet can’t take it. The nice thing is the store is always clean and tidy, and there’s plenty of staff to ask questions if needed."

"I used to love going to this store. But I recently had a very bad experience. I purchased some Thai basil and when I got home (40 miles away) I went to use it and the inside of the package was rotten. I took it back a few days later and unfortunately they would not return it due to their 24 hour return policy on produce. It was purchased on 12/24/23 and they were closed on 12/25/23. How was I supposed to contact them or return it on Christmas day? Additionally the staff member Danielle, said that this product goes bad very quickly. Why would she even mention that? I have never had that experience with Thai basil before. Be very aware that they hide bad produce underneath good produce in order to deceive customers. There are plenty of places nearby to get the Asian products I need. Leaf has lost my business forever and I will spread the word to family members who frequent here as well."

"This place is clean and organized with an okay selection of items, but that's about it. It's pretty expensive. Prices are 20-80% more expensive than what they would normally be elsewhere. About the only things I really need here are the Filipino vinegar and soy sauce which those are almost double in price when I got them for about 3.29 elsewhere. The instant ramen are easily 50% more expensive."

"Great assortment of Asian foods and kitchen wares. Prices are a little higher, but it’s understandable because you can’t find it elsewhere. Staff are friendly and there’s lots of free parking."
