"Walked in this store knowing exactly what I wanted. Waited 20 minutes for someone to open the jewelry case, finally got tired of waiting, waited another 15 minutes in line with the paying customers before finally getting to the cashier and was told she would get someone to open it for me. No help, no respect and nothing but excuses. Walked out the store and will Never go back!!"
