Tom Thumb

"Went into Tom thumb next to house, as I usually do after work at 530pm, and decided to get lotto.. asked for the 'game of life lotto, 2 of them, as well as 2 of the $5 crosswards. Got them, paid, & went home. As I was scratching them off I noticed that I got #9 and #13 on the game of life tickets and #16 & s17 .. now why in the hell didn't I get #9 &10 on the first one??i understand that some store have mulpital of same ticket but this one doesn't so they should have been consecetive.Hmm... will be talking to management as soon as one is in the building. Hopefully tape security footage doesn't get ran over or erased before then as I was told when i call back up there when i noticed mgt may be in next day or possibly by Monday morning. Upset, that is worse than stealing in my opinion."

"Had a terrible experience on Christmas Eve. The manager on duty was completely rude and cussed my husband out. We came in 10 minutes before closing just to get some beverages and lottery tickets and she had the worst customer service attitude ever. I get you’re about to close but it was 2 easy things that were needed and she was so rude about it even to her other associate that was there."
