"In the past, we have used other companies for our semi-annual air conditioner maintenance contract, and did not feel good about the service provided for the cost. We had seen the Bowersox vans in the neighborhood and decided to give them an opportunity to perform the service. Brian, the technician, was on time, neat, polite and took the time to explain what he was going to do and briefly why each step was necessary. He found a couple of issues, fixed them (all under the maintenance agreement), and then let us know what to expect at the next inspection in six months. He stayed and worked longer than any other tech we have had. If today is the example of how the company treats its customers, we are going to have a long relationship."

"Wow! Great company to work with. We have a newer home so we used the company who installed our a/c due to the warranty. After Bowersox performed our service, we were sorry we waited. Explained the nuances of A/C in Florida versus Minnesota and the importance of service. Even noticed our awful well water was hitting the unit and advised to notify sprinkler company to adjust.
