"I scheduled Martin to locate a main line drain for a remodel in my house. He was going to use the camera to find the depth and what was necessary. Once he arrived, he was able to locate the drain and gave me expert advise as to how to handle the remodel. He provided insight as to what was the best solution and most cost effective. He also told me it was not necessary to use the camera and wasn't going to charge me for something not needed for the job I hired him to assess. Honestly, Martin could have used the camera, charged me the fee and I would not have known the difference. He explained he was not the kind of business that charged people for unnecessary work.
