"I'm months late doing this review. I was getting the business card to pass on to someone else and realized I hadn't reviewed. Vinny came to do inspection and was on time. He explained my fireplace had been capped by previous owners. I don't remember the technical terms but he had the top metal part fabricated out of ss. While it was not cheap it was worth every penny. If I had tried to use the fireplace without having it inspected it would have been a nightmare. I recommend fireplace advanced and will call them again if I have any issues."

"Help with propane gas pilot light. Just had to clean the igniter and it took all of 20 minutes. Charge $275. Make sure you know that his service call is $275 regardless of the service or time spent. He says he tells everyone the charge but I promise I would not have booked the service had I known. I would have booked the company that called me an hour later. Total rip off In answer to the owner He did NOT quote his service fee and I absolutely value expertise and experience but this guy is charging at this rate over $800 an hour more than many lawyers and $100 more than his competitors"
