"I had called to have a main sewer line cleaned (Stopped Up ) at 1pm was told it would take 4hours for someone to arrive and that she wanted payment over the phone I told her payment will be made when services were done not before , got a call at 5:10 pm and was told no-one would be able to get to it till the next day, I explained that this was a 4 bed 4 bath apt ,she didn't care , was told they were short staffed and had no-one available . I have used ASAP in the past and was never treated like this . It's very unacceptable to have such a large service company run like this . What a shame ."
