"Cleaners showed up and we were on a telephone call. I stopped to advise them that since we only had a quote on one rug they needed to get us a quote for our others. We came out of the call 20minites later and they advised us that the price was $1060 but they they had gone ahead on their own and cleaned without sharing the quote first. It seemed very high but we aren’t experts in this area. We called around the next day and determined we were grossly over charged. We contacted the office and were told by Miros Chukorov that we paid them so we accepted the deal and that was that. He didn’t care at all. Just wanted the money. Rugs were cleaned well. Men were polite. But they treated us poorly and took advantage of us. Would not recommend they be used."
