"I scheduled an appointment, and someone contacted me to verify the service I requested. After receiving my revised quote I told them I would keep my appointment, but I would advise them in a timely manner if I decided to go with a company that offered me a better quote. Customer service insisted I cancelled the appointment until I was "sure", although I told them I would give them adequate time if I decided to cancel. Customer service seemed to be very argumentative and unprofessional. I decided not to go with the company at all. If you are looking for a company with good customer service I don’t recommend this one. Lots of other professional carpet cleaning companies you can go with."

"I've used COIT cleaning services for a few years for upholstery cleaning. I'm always very pleased and impressed with their service and quality. Couches look like brand new again every time. Last time I called them to remove some candle wax from one of my sofas (wool). I was kind of concerned about the wax and cleaning treatment messign up the fabric, but it was perfect. Luis Perez was the technician. Second time he comes to the rescue and he is amazing."

They came to my home on time and clean bedroom carpets, stairs, and 4 large area rugs, I have some pet stains that were about four years old, we had tried everything to clean those carpets. Nothing worked, but Luis and Angel had magical cleaner, and those spots are gone. I have used this company in the past, but these two guys were really the best. Thank you."
