"When I called this company to confirm an appointment that was booked in advance, the lady on the phone used that moment to tell me the two she assigned had a car accident but she would send a crew the next day. I had to call THEM to learn this. Then, the lady actually sent the same two who had the car accident to clean the house. Not only did they NOT clean well, they scratched our mirror and brand new sink. The younger of the two confirmed she cleaned our living room when I didn't even hear a vacuum go off while I was in the next room. They left in a hurry because they had another job. These women were in a wreck the previous day - still being assigned, and they did a terrible job. Hair left stuck to my baseboards from their mop, grease still present, they spent a good amount of time folding clothes and answering calls on their phone. I still thanked them without holding them up, sent them with water bottles and granola bars, and only realized the poor job after they left and I already paid. I called the company and showed the lady on the line these photos. She apologized, promised to send another crew the very next day without a specific time, and never sent anyone or answered my calls again. I can clean gross mysterious hair and grease myself, fine, but I am stuck forever with these scratches to our expensive upgrades and lost $130 to these people. I even explained very carefully how to clean the sink to avoid scratching it, and it seems like one of these women propped something carelessly on the lip of the sink without thinking twice. They will not only shamelessly send people who could be injured from a car accident directly to your home, those people will be pressured to hurry, leave your home still messy, and actually damage your home without offering any repair for their damage, see the photos. They have lied and cheated me they will do it to you too. They use Zelle so you have no way of getting your money back. You have been warned - I moved on with Synergy and iClean cleaning services, both companies with insured workers and professional methods. Do not hire this company, their slightly lower cost is not worth it and they will absolutely ghost you after leaving your home still dirty."
