"Had gutters installed by Master Pro Gutters the crew that did the install did horrible work most of the inside corners continue to leak . Repair people came out 5 times only stopped 2 leaks . Repair person came out yesterday 6 th time and made a corner flashing at a leaking corner and is worse today . This has been on going for over a year, look else where for better quality of work. Pictures of their work will be posted !…… Mr Uria answered my review but what he doesn’t say that the leaks were going on for 2 years . Also the only reason Mr Uria came to my house was because after so many missed appointments by his company and no shows and not even a phone call (talk about disrespect) I don’t even remember how many times I had taken off from work and sat waiting and no one showed so after almost 2 years of this I called and asked who the owner is and if he doesn’t call I’m posting a 1 star review and posting pictures and then he called and showed up and said I’m going to make every thing perfect , this installation is the farthest thing from perfect there is and when Mr Uria showed up I gave him the highest degree of respect , So he fabricated a story and plays the victim card . Mr Uria says the water is dripping from the outside of the gutter when it’s leaking behind the gutter in between the gutter and the fascia board and when his technicians showed up they pounded caulking on top of caulking and said it’s fixed it won’t leak , so how do they know it won’t leak?? Well Mr Uria you won’t know if it leaks only until it rains!! in fact one of his employees said the drip edge was cut to short. This is the cause of the roof flashing (eve drip molding )being cut to short and incorrect also he doesn’t say they broke a roof tile walking on the roof and also Mr Uria said he made an appointment for his roofer to call me and come by and do an inspection but Mr Uria does what he does best no one showed up or called so I sent him a text saying your roofer never showed or called and Mr Uria ignored my text. And his comment about me being disrespectful is just the farthest thing from the truth I’ve ever heard, because I’m a business owner myself 28 years long and I was raised on respect so please Mr Uria can’t you come up with something better? . I did get an estimate to replace the drip edge moldings at the damaged areas and to replace any eve drip molding my roof tile needs to be removed and replaced and I told Mr Uria the estimate is $2,200.00 if I’m not mistaken I don’t remember so just pay my roofer Mr Uria! .I’m going to post pictures of Mr Urias work and in my opinion I think Mr Uria should either go to work for someone and learn how to install gutters or take some courses. Mr Uria seems to play the victim when trying to defend his shoddy work . Please Get some integrity. Their installers arrived on schedule and were top notch - hats-off to Miguel and his crew - they did a great job installing the modern box gutters.
