"I enjoyed the conviencance of this dry cleaner because it is about 50ft from my house. I usually drop off about 4-5 shirts to have washed and pressed. The owner kept telling me that the shirts needed to be dry cleaned. However, it clearly states on the washing instructions that they should be washed in cold water, tumble dried, and pressed as needed. The owner decided to tell me that “the manager”, which she is the owner, so that make little sense, that the manager will not wash and press my shirts, and that I have to dry clean....because of the price. So because I’m not dry cleaning shirts, they don’t want my $600 plus dollars a year. South Florida never siezes to amaze me. Refusing business boggles my mind. Normally don’t bother to complain....but it amazes me how ridiculous people can be. So if you have requests, normal requests, and they don’t fit with what the owner wants....they will refuse your business. Good luck!"
"Gave them 11 shirts got back 10. The 10 shirts I did get back where all wrinkled because they only close the top button. They use thick plastic staples that leave holes and they are also more expensive than near by competitiors. I was only offered a $20 in store credit for the lost shirt.....What a waste of time."
