"Poor customer service: they often let the pool go green. They don't respond when you call for service or complaints. They didn't even replace the filter in my pool for a year and a half until I had to open it and see it for myself. A new water heater was installed by them, and now the motor is damaged due to poor installation and not checking the condition of the air filter for clear flow. The pricing on all products is inflated even though you show the representative that the same filter or other products are half the cost online. He smiles and says he has nothing to do about it. Now, they are trying to make me pay double for their own mistakes caused by poor service. Do not use this company; think twice, check around! After this review was posted the company called and I decided to give them another chance, but here we are again 2 weeks after..... My experience with this pool company has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, they convinced me to replace my pool pump/motor, claiming it was necessary. However, this replacement turned out to be unnecessary, as not even a week later, all systems shut down, rendering the pool inoperable once again. To make matters worse, my previous positive experience with the pool motor was disrupted after the same company poorly installed a water heater, as highlighted in my previous review. The issues persist, and I'm now facing consistent problems with both the pool and the water heater. The most concerning part is the company's refusal to take responsibility for their poor customer service and the questionable quality of their pool equipment. Despite charging more than other pool equipment suppliers in the area, they continue to provide subpar service. The equipment they installed has failed repeatedly, resulting in negative reviews and payment disputes from guests who expected a heated and functioning pool. Not only has the company failed to acknowledge their mistakes, but their attempts at resolution are inadequate. They offer only a small discount and a 1-2 monthly service refund, which falls far short of covering the substantial losses I've incurred—nearly $7k on equipment that has not been operational for more than 24 hours. To add to the frustration, I currently have guests in the house who are rightfully complaining about the unheated pool, and yet, the pool company remains unresponsive. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative pool service providers in the area to avoid the headaches and financial losses associated with this company."

"All Florida has been servicing my community pool since we opened back in April 2022. I have absolutely no complaints! Their tech, Jorge Alfaro, services the pool 3 times a week and is extremely efficient. Any issue he notices or preventative measure he feels should be done, he communicates it right away. Pool looks just like the photos I attached EVERY, SINGLE, DAY. Beautiful crystal clear water. I credit this to his hard work. There have been times when it is not his day to come out and I have a question and he always responds and is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend All Florida if you are shopping around for someone to service your pool."

"What a lifesaver! I called this company to assist with my pool as it started looking a little rough. Their staff was so professional and attentive, my pool looked brand spanking new again! I did have to call into their office to discuss a billing issue, but Nelly handled all of my billing concerns and was such a delight to speak with. I definitely felt taken care of and won't be using another company's pool services again!"
