After sending him photos and asking a few questions he said he could handle the job, gave an estimate and scheduled for the next day. (Another contractor we had previously spoken with declined the job saying he could not guarantee he could get out adhesive stains from carpet tape). Bob and his son arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were courteous, professional and made quick work of the job, including the carpet tape adhesive stains. The carpeting is 30 years old and worn from heavy traffic so I did not expect it to look new but the job they did was fantastic and a huge improvement! Will definitely use again/highly recommended.
