"It was my first time using a laundry app. The service was super fast, the app was easy to use. When they returned my clothes to me, they returned them in plastic bags and didn't return the two resuable and rather nice tote bags (one was Kate Spade) I had given them the clothes in. I was worried that they had been thrown away and contacted them asking to have them back. It looks like the laundry partner had accidently kept them. They sent a courrier to their laundry partner to look for them and I had the bags back within 2 hours! The communciation with them throughout the process of finding them and getting them back was very smooth! Definitely would recommend."

"Hamper app stole my clothes, then ignored texts, voicemails, phone calls and won’t acknowledge they lost my clothes- they also sent me some random clothes of other people. When notified- they stopped responding. They hide behind a 10 day period they have in fine print to find your clothes, but as I’m well past 10 day on DAY 15 they have yet to acknowledge their failure and make it right. This is a horrible organization and the owners should be ashamed of themselves."

"Best service. Very good value. Perfect every time. Update- Service has changed in the last couple of months. Notifications for pickup are coming through hours before laundry is actually picked up. I just had my laundry dropped I assume today- but maybe it came last night- it wasn’t scheduled to get dropped until tomorrow. I didn’t receive a notification text. Happened to trip over the bag when taking the dog out this morning. Communication has been lacking. Scheduled times not being kept anymore. Service now takes 2 to 3 days."
