"Absolutely would not recommend. Had the company come out for a $79 “Chimney Sweep Special”. After getting on location the employee claimed it would be $199 to sweep my chimney. Not at all what it said online. I then spoke to someone on the phone who attempted to justify the price. I told him I would pay the $79 or they were free to leave and take no action on my chimney. They ultimately agreed to the price. My house was the left in complete filthy and there is soot everywhere in my family room, kitchen, and even my laundry room. No prep was made to prevent the spread when they swept the chimney with a tool that can be bought on Amazon for less than $100. I’ll handle my own maintenance moving forward."
