"I have been in communication for over a week. When I first called, the representative kept directing my to an online intake form. The representative took my info over the phone, we discussed pricing and once I agreed, was told someone will call me to schedule the date and time for cleaning. Next, I received an email requesting to do the online booking. When I attempted, it required I started the intake form all over again. The online intake price is double than what was discussed. Then the appt was made for a virtual walkthrough. Then received a email quote for much more than what was discussed. I replied with the amount and term originales agreed to and was told they cannot accommodate the request and prior price given. My current maid comes twice a month for $150 each cleaning. I was looking for a new service provider but know not to do business with a firm who does not honor their word. I strongly suggest they train their employees and enhance their system applications to ensure customer success."

"I had my home “cleaned” and there were several things stolen- jewelry and clothes. Besides, they didn’t do a good job cleaning. I guess they were too busy stealing!!!! Lock your valuables if you use them. I was told that I needed to file a civil case against the thieves and the persons that stole from me had been fire!!!!"
