"My upstairs air unit stopped blowing cold air. I called 3 companies. First two both said needed new compressor (1000's$$). The 3rd was Family air. When I called that morning, I was told it would be later in the day. They came at 4:30pm. Matt and Oscar were incredible. They worked the problem. Eliminated all possibilities before calling the problem the compressor. Thank goodness. They discovered that it was the blade mower. They went and got one somewhere at 6:30pm. Worked hard until it was finished and running which was real close to 9 pm. Right at dark. They were very reasonable only charging me $375.00 and cleaned up behind themselves. Very happy with their expertise and customer service."

"Our A/C needed to be replaced and Ray came out on Friday and gave me a quote that was $1000+ cheaper than 2 other competitors. He was able to schedule the replacement for the next day (Saturday before Easter) and had a brand new unit installed by Saturday afternoon. I appreciate his willingness to work on the holiday weekend to help me and my family. Very happy with our new unit and thankful for his honest, family-like service."

"Most honest A/C guy you will meet. He came and fix a leaking system that Bailey installed 16 months ago and I had him replace the line instead of patching it up again. 2 months after Bailey installed the air conditioner I had to pay someone to fix it. You don't keep going back to the same person you keep having problems with there work. leak again 16 months later after it was installed this time I had family air replaced the line. He came on a Sunday to check it out and is always willing to get things done. Very fair pricing but do know knowledge is not cheap. Take my advice cheap is not good work."
