"Jacky was a life-saver. I had a cleaning company cancel the day before cleaning the home I was moving out of. It was a requirement for me to have it professionally cleaned before the 7th and it felt impossible to find someone with availability. I reached to Jacky and she got back to me within the hour. They didn’t really have a ton of availability either for a full move out clean but she made it work. The team showed up promptly at 8am and were done by 1230. They did an amazing job and the price was more than fair! Highly recommend Jacky and her team."
"First time using Custom Cleanups and it won’t be the last. Bonnie, Amanda and Mary Lou didn’t miss a thing! Baseboards, bathrooms, stairs, floors, every inch of every chair and barstool. And they were so friendly and kind. They were extra cautious too so everything that was moved was placed back in the same spot and nothing was broken. They treated our home like it was their own. "I reached out to this company for my semi annual cleaning. I clean my home myself weekly but nothing beats a true deep cleaning which I do every 6 months. These ladies worked effectively proficiently and professionally ensuring nothing was missed. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again soon."
"I have never used a cleaning service and was extremely excited to finally take the leap to try one. The company was nice at the initial set up and the cleaner was super sweet too. So it saddened to me to not have liked the service. The quality of cleaning was disappointing. I was told to provide a cleaning wishlist for the 3 hours the cleaner would be in my home. I made a full list but was completely ok with not all of it getting it done. I just stated my list was done in order of importance. My understanding is that the cleaner would go down the list and do whatever she could in the time frame. When I got home, it looked like things were randomly done but not completed fully. The #1 thing on my list was my floors. Honestly if they were just vacuumed and mopped and that was all - I would have been happy. Following the service the owner asked if I was satisfied and stated that not much was done in the three hours. I provided some specific examples. The owner stated she reached out the cleaner and she said she did mop and vacuum and cleaned and blamed my dogs for making the mess. I have a company that does let my dogs out while I work and I was told the cleaning would be done 8- 9:30 by two cleaners and the company knew my dog walkers were coming at 10:30 I even said I can ask them to change their time if the cleaners needed me to. However, only one cleaner was sent and she worked for 3 hours so the time did overlap. My dog walkers comes for an hour and part of that time they actually take my dogs on a walk so they aren’t even in the house. My cleaning was on a Thursday, I went out of town on Friday - Saturday and the picture above was just my kitchen when I mopped it Sunday. That’s clearly not 1 day worth of dirt. I was offered an apology and 20% off my next cleaning. While I’m spending my Sunday cleaning my house when I had a cleaning company come for $129 on Thursday just doesn’t sit right with me."
