"The food is as expected, but lately, the service has been super slow. I don't know if their is a limited number of staff or what has happened, but it wasn't always this way."

"Last three times, my orders have been missing food, condiments, and drinks. Getting to be just as bad as McDonald have to ensure all items are there before youbpull away. Quality control is seriously dropping."

"I don't frequent sonic often and not sure I will after my last visit. Took over 30min for our meal. Either the speaker systems or the girl inside was hard to hear. All 3 cars around me couldn't understand a dang thing she said and she wasnt nice about it. It was frustrating to see multiple kids (workers off the clock?) Go in and out of the door. It seemed like maybe 2 people were actually working? A few things were missing from my order it wasn't worth going back! I don't recommend."

"Me and my children have always loved coming to this sonic since they were little and in elementary school. However, more recently I have noticed the decline in this businesses management. I have always received quite friendly customer service while ordering from here and the staff is relatively helpful and friendly. These past few times we have came to sonic for after school snacks I have noticed a middle aged man whom I assume to be the manager has been standing outside and leaving his crew to struggle. I read some other reviews online and noticed other people have had complaints about the long waiting times at this sonic. I have realized that on multiple occasions there has been the same girl on drive and bringing out orders, basically doing all the work. It really is a shame that this place has started to go down hill it was definitely me and my kids favourite spot but i’m just hoping they get better management"

"I have a soft spot for Sonic as it was my first job at 16 in our home state. It's nice going to this location, because the customer service is SO polite. The wait can vary, but the food is always just as I remembered — and equally as good as our last visit. I am currently pregnant so we have frequented Sonic nearly daily for the past two weeks because I've been craving the Strawberry Limeade. When we first moved to the area, I didn't think Sonic got much business, but don't be fooled, this location can get crowded very quickly."
