"Do not hire this company. I hired this company to come and clean my empty house after I had Popcorn ceilings and walls retextured. I was told they would perform a post construction clean. What a waste of $180.00. With an empty house (except 3 beds and 2 dressers) it should be spotless and is not. Dust on the bed headboards, sticky kitchen counters, film on tile floors, kitchen cabinets not wiped down, blinds not clean, should I go on? Would not recommend. Asked for $80.00 back was told team will come back out and clean from my list. Do Not Hire."
"I had them for three years, because they are cheap. They break stuff-like a $400 collectible. The owner tried to fix it but couldn't and refused to pay for it. An $800 glass shower door, the owner didn't pay for the door but did pay shipping and installation. I have a collection of Lego Star Wars models they're not supposed to touch, yet they repeatedly knock them off the wall, breaking them, and loose pieces. They've broken smaller items, too. It seems every couple of weeks it is a new crew and they speak little English. At least once a month they run late, last time it was over an hour, or they they have to reschedule. I feel they don't consider my time valuable. They do a mediocre job at best. It's never the same cleaning twice, no consistency. Sometime it's the blinds, or pictures, kitchen window sill, shelves (which is great if you like having your stuff rearranged) it's just kind of what they're in the mood for. They've had to come back to reclean my kitchen after I found the countertop dirty and food bits in the sink. I got water spots on the shower fixtures, a white build up on the kitchen sink, which I've asked to be cleaned, the fan blades are dirty, and I had to go around and take down the cobwebs. I spent five years in the Army and after three years of cleaning my house they would fail inspection. (Reposted because the owner threatened legal action)."
