One of the conditions for purchase was it had to re-plumb, which they did do, however they left many things in less than great shape or frankly unfinished. I also asked if they could add another outdoor faucet, and they said yes, however it was not done. I guess you could say at least they did get the job done in time, however the quality of work in the finished product was not there."
