"Great store with a great staff. thanks"
"All I can say is that this Napa Auto Parts store here in chiefland is the best auto part store out of four other stores. They might not always have the best price, but they always got the part I need when I need it. When it comes to customer service, no one can beat Napa either. Every time I need a hard to find part or extra expertise, Napa comes through with flying colors! Thank you, Napa, and all the staff members at this store for all you do for me and for the citizens of Chiefland. I highly recommend this store!"
"Very helpful staff. Great cause of the fast customer lines. I needed help with a part and I was able to buy a part and they helped me order backup parts for the future. I am so happy that during this time of need in the world this business is here for us."
"Bought a bicycle foot pump from this store about a month ago. Used it for the second time ever this morning only to find that the hose on it was dry rotted and leaking, letting out what little air there was in my tire and leaving it completely flat. Luckily I have another bicycle. Called and was told they would exchange it for a new one considering I had my original box and reciept, no problem. Got there after cycling on my backup bike for 5 miles and almost got the runaround. Was told it would "have to be her decision". I assume that "her" was a manager. But then I spoke up, showed them how the hose crumbled and split when I squeezed it between my finger tips, reminded them that I bought the pump less than a month ago, and mentioned that I was told over the phone that it would be exchanged when I got there with no issue. After getting home and unboxing the new pump I had to fight for, I noticed it had numerous parts on it that where completely missing from the other pump I originally purchased, including rubber feet on the bottom of the frame, some kind of adaptor on a tiny chain that dangles from the air valve, and a completely different looking sticker on the body of the pump. It was then I realized that I had originally been sold an old and well used pump that was most likely returned to the store and then resold to me as brand new merchandise. I called and let them know what I had found. The man I spoke to, the same one that told me it would be exchanged without issue, seemed nonchalant, as though he could care less i was sold used merchandise that broke less than a month after purchasing it. I suspect that's because they do it all the time. For this, and the runaround, they get 1 star, and lose my business for life."
