"Being the day before Christmas Eve and a Saturday, there was little hope someone would be available to fix a flat tire. Christmas Day I was supposed to spend with my disabled brother out of town. I called Anthony and he was out of town, but he made sure I was taken care of. His son came and found the hole in my tire and repaired it. I am so thankful! Have a Blessed Christmas!"
"I called Decepticon about a flat tire on my RV. Anthony was there in a flash to fix it. He said I won't need the new tire he brought because my flat was caused by a faulty valve stem. "Top Notch Service!! Traveling home from our boating weekend. We found our trailer had tires that were separating and would have left us stranded on our 4 hour trip home. Coming through a small town, where NO tire shop was open on Sundays. We came across Decepticon Mobile Tire on Google. From the moment we called, we received nothing less than professional/caring service not only did the driver arrive onsite promptly, he was super friendly & knowledgeable and honestly cared about our safety! As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and unfortunately a lot of companies lack this now a days. "Had an absolute tragic day with my Uhaul until Decepticon saved the day. The truck battery was dead and he came out super quick once Uhaul roadside assistance initiated the order. He explained exactly what was wrong with the truck, thankfully it was just a dead battery. Upon leaving he looked over my trailer that would tow my car the next day and saw the tires were badly damaged — something the guys at the uhaul pick up didn’t notice! He kindly ran back to his shop to get the trailer tires and replaced them within the hour. He absolutely saved that entire situation (who knows what wouldn’t happened on the road with those tires!). Highly recommend Decepticon for future emergencies."
