"Overall my experience has been good. The frame was easy to assemble and my daughter likes the mattress. However, I was nervous when the boxes arrived looking a little rough. Also, the platform bed frame has several rips in the thin black fabric. This part won’t be seen but that isn’t the quality I was expecting."

"This is the most expensive mattress I've purchased. We have had this mattress since October 2022 and we loved it initially. Over the last several months we have noticed large indentations and our backs are bothering us again. I reached out to customer service to submit for a new mattress and followed the steps it takes to do so. We have 1.25 inches of indentation to our mattress ALREADY in 1 year. The warranty states it has to be 1.5 inches or greater to receive a replacement. This is very very disappointing considering they justify their price based on THEIR WARRANTY. I am very dissatisfied with the mattress after just 1 year (we literally loved it before it really started wearing down over the last few months) I would not recommend purchasing. I've attached photos to show you just how quickly this mattress wears! We rotate it frequently and have the proper frame."

"The mattress was delivered damaged in a broken open UPS box. In trying to get a replacement or refund started, a supervisor today was arrogant and insulting to me and was a very poor listener. --UPDATE- After speaking with two more very pleasant and helpful reps and sending in more photos it was determined by the factory the mattress was defective. I was offered several options and settled upon a discount to keep the mattress, still keeping the trial period and life-time warranty or exchange options. We rotated the mattress around 180 degrees and the damaged area is hidden and does not appear to affect the overall quality of the mattress. Very comfortable with a happy ending."

"My wife and I have had a king size luxury firm, wink bed for about three years now. Prior to this, we’ve owned Simmons Beautyrest in various forms. This is by far the best mattress we have ever slept in. I’m approximately 190 pounds on average and my wife is approximately .. well.. much less than that. We were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a matches that fit both of our comfort requirements, and this bed has impressed For a number of reasons. 1. It’s comfortable and various positions. Sometimes we sleep on our back sometimes our side and sometimes she sleeps on her belly. 2. Because of the memory foam topper that doesn’t sink in the bed is extremely comfortable, sleeps cool, and by the time you wake up in the morning, you simply do not want to get out of this bed. 3. The protective cover that we we bought with a mattress has done a great job, and despite various spills or accidents from our kiddos, This bed has stayed In new condition. 4. The bed is durable. Following a move of over 100 miles the bed looks the same as it did the day we bought it. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the comfort, durability, and build quality of this mattress. I say this is someone who is a Simmons snob prior to owning this bed. Impressed and have recommended multiple times to friends and family."

"Let me tell you the only thing that went good with this whole process was ordering it and them taking my money. I received it on time but once it was out of the box this is clearly not a good quality product and then for them to say made in America. This is just another slap in the face and then let you know about the quality. Here. The leadership and everything sucks. Just like this wink bed. They should call it "blink" because it looks nothing like the photos online. And I can't believe the New York times and all of these other places spoke so highly of this mattress that clearly the coils on the edge of the bed you can feel them. The stitching is horrible like somebody's child did it. Please see the photos. I would not recommend this place this company or anything. I will be getting my $1,800 back for this tacky king size bed which is supposed to be luxury firm... Can you believe the stitching is hanging off? The stitching is crooked strings hanging. This is horrible. I don't know how they're still even in business."
