"This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. We changed rooms up to four times. All the rooms had a smell. The second room could have possibly worked but it smelled like roach spray, clearly they were spraying ants because they were dead all over the floor. I tried to make it work by mopping with water. They tried to make us think there was no spray and that we were the problem. The last room smelled like mildew, we tried to make it work, we were there until about 12:00AM. I was so stuffy and my head was pounding. I felt as if my chest was congested and fear that I would not wake up in the morning. The 1st manager said that my room was non refundable, which was a lie and that she was running out of rooms to give me. She also stated and I quote: We cannot give you a complimentary upgrade! I didn't ask for one. She became so nasty! So after not being able to sleep not even with a mask on because the smell was so bad! We even put the rug outside but the carpet in the room was just as bad! We ended up checking out, the night manager was kind enough to give me instructions on how to call booking and leave. By the time we left it was about 1:30AM and we had to make accommodations elsewhere. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WERE FOR FREE!"

"We won tickets on the radio and when we got here the employees walked us through a couple of timeshare opportunities. We listened for hours and even took a boat ride. However, just before the boat ride we realized that this was all a scam. My advice is if you ever won tickets on the radio please don’t fall for the scam. Just don’t go at all. The tickets are not free. Nothing is free actually. They got us good but never again."

"Do not buy a timeshare with this company. Warning. Will promise you the moon and stars and deliver nothing. Always selling you what they call the best product and then you need to purchase something else because what you have is not good. SCAM!!!!!!!"

"DO NOT sign with these crooks. Please. 20 calls a day and no messages for the smallest of things. I hate this company. Started off fine. Then they lost 1/2 the inventory as RCI is no longer with them. Do NOT buy a time share with these clowns. What a mistake. The properties have major issues and they hide them well. The first time we used our time share we were placed in a closed section ! It has horrid. It didn't get much better. Find an RCI time share and go with them. Only DVC was worse then this company !!!!"

"We bought the package as a preview to have a timeshare presentation. We were not impressed with the bedding accommodations. The king bed dipped way down in the center. The pullout sofa mattress was stained and torn. I can't imagine that we would buy a timeshare and that was the preview that we got. Everything else was nice, but definitely the sleeping account accommodations would be very important"
