"Great experience followed up by even better ongoing support. Filter broke and they sold me a new one. Knew they had a sale coming and they gave me the advance sale price. A few weeks later the sale price dropped and they chased me down to give me back $100. I tried to ignore Jonathan's calls but he kept calling until I answered so he could give me money. My permanent spot for pool needs going forward."

"Absolutely terrible service. Three weeks in a row they failed to perform a complete pool service. To add insult to injury (and damage to property), they email you saying everything has been done, which is a lie. I have Ring surveillance which captures the whole service. Today they damaged my string lights along with an incomplete service. Rather than apologize they’re cancelling my service. I have a video of one service where two techs stood around on their phones for three minutes then left without doing more than wiping the tile. They then send me an email saying they had completed a comprehensive service. Fortunately I have cameras which catch their dishonesty, but management and owners don’t seem to care. Store staff are aggressive and unhelpful. Will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Great knowledgeable people that go above and beyond! Our pool is sparkly clean with the weekly service plan. The techs do a wonderful job making sure everything is perfectly clean and balanced. They also make sure to properly secure the property before leaving. Very happy with their service! If you’re thinking of pool service, I highly recommend pinch a penny."

"I made the mistake of coming into this store twice. Unless you have a fancy inground pool stay away from this store. Lisa was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her condescending tone in regards to my above ground pool being “cheap quality” was enough to make my wife walk out of the store. She couldn’t care less about my questions as I was looking for a vacuum & other accessories. There was more than 5 employees and all they could care about is who was ordering lunch. If I could give a 0 starts I would."

"Every other Pinch a Penny store has a reward system buy 10 get 1 free. They always have me in the system never a issue. Not this store. They said that they are independently owned so I am not in there system. The rest of them have never had a problem with finding my info. I will spend my money at the other stores. Went to my regular PAP store and they couldn't understand why they would not have my information. Either they were lying or were just trying to get out of giving up a free jug of chlorine either way shop somewhere else. I paid 14 dollars for the 3 jugs that they wanted 24 dollars for. Just not right they didn't even give me a 15% discount my regular store was giving."
