"My wife and I went into the location to get a COVID-19 test and was told that we can get right in. We came in as everywhere else was a 3-4 hour wait. We went in and the test was administered after light paperwork. When the test results came back they then stated that it was a $50 per test charge. I have since tried to file an insurance claim and the insurance company even called out to the location for the codes required to file. They stated that they do not participate in this and the fee is thier requirement. I just wish they would tell you up front about the fee and that they do not participate in insurance as there are so many other options (Walgreens, CVS, Med Express) that you can go to with your insurance info and not be charged."
