"I’m a first time customer hoping to get my toddler boy his first haircut today. Appeared to be a decent environment when I walked in. The barbers here has no sense of urgency, they rather spend time walking in & out the door past waiting customers including myself to go outside to chat. I waited about 45 mins until I decided to up & leave. The barbers have poor communication, my entire time there no one ever acknowledged me not even so much as “Hello, someone will be with you shortly”. 6 barbers & two customers in chairs getting cuts while two customers are waiting, make it make sense."
