"I love going here to get my eyebrows done. The ladies there are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They do more than threading there, too. They sell clothes, accessories and do henna. They make clothes too. It's a clean and spacious location. That location has very high ceilings. It's so crazy high!! This is my go too."

"Do NOT go here to TINT your eyebrows. A Latina lady does it and did my moms and it was horrific! I mean awful, I mean i wanted to cry for her - it was 2 different colors and 3 diff shades and it was henna and drawn jagged , not sharp and also way pass her the corner of eye ….. I was in shock. I could not believe it. I’ve seen my mom have her eyebrows tinted before somewhere else and it looked good The owner, an Indian lady, tried to “fix” it and “clean” it up, but the damage was already done. The shape was so badly done, like and one eyebrow was square and one eyebrow was rounded The woman who did it did not even apologize or offer any reassurance - she disappeared completely. I did not even want to take a picture of it because I wanted no record or memory of how awful it looked. It really traumatized my mom. I mean your face is a huge selling point and the first place people look at. Your eyebrows are super important and the fact that the lady tried to make it seem like this was “normal” tinting is so wrong By the way- the made us PAY FOR THIS STILL. PAY for an awful awful job. Beware. She looked like a cartoon and crayon on her face The picture below is after the owner tried to fix it."

"Sweet staff that always greet you with a smile. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for several years here and will not go anywhere else. Very reasonable price and quick service. There is a wait on peak hours but that is because they are fabulous."

"I finally was able to get in for an appointment (because the two times I went prior she wasn't there) and I should have taken it as a sign because I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome. The service is very transactional, no care whatsoever (just "write your name on the pad"). And the tech (I'm assuming it's Niki because she never introduced herself) didn't listen to a word I said. I wanted to keep my natural arch and remove just enough to clean it up. I've been growing my brows out for over a year and was very clear about what I wanted. It's like it went in one ear and out the other because she took off too much and gave me a new shape. To top it off, as soon as she was done she just walked off...again terrible customer service. My eyebrows are way too thin now and I'm very disappointed. I will not be going back."
