"Absolutely ZERO communications with the Boss and his workers! I got a coupon from Groupon, paid $9.00 to get a cut. The first red flag was making an appointment online in THEIR website, showed availability for the day I booked with the barber assigned, drove 30 minutes only to be told that that barber doesn’t work certain days, some other barber was going to take me in but as soon as I mentioned about the coupon that I got, all of the sudden the barber started giving me attitude for something that THE OWN BARBERSHOP WAS OFFERING ONLINE. The excuses given was because their Boss this and their boss that, that the boss was the one responsible of putting those offers online and so on… Just workers complaining about a bad management inside and out. Terrible website development, terrible appointment development (if you can’t make an appointment online, why bother to offer?), TERRIBLE customer service!"

"Went in an older gentlemen cut my hair he was super nice and a good guy but it truly was the worst cut of my life. It was beyond fixing the cut was pushed so far up my head I could of done a better job myself. I ended up buzzing my hair off becuase of how bad it was and am resetting. Ive never had a worse experience. Hes a nice guy but I now have to wait a few week for my hair to grow back out enough to style it."

"I fear that leaving this review will cause an issue with me getting an appointment in the future. After 3 years in Delray, I FINALLY found a barber that gets it! The shop can handle any type of client. If you want a stylish modern cut, thay got you. If want a classic cut, they have great barbers for that too! Fresh Image for the win."

"Phenomenal barbershop & Alex gave me one of, if not the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I am visiting from Dallas, Tx so picking a barbershop was a little tough for me but I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. Again, Alex was phenomenal. Funny guy, great at his craft, and provided a great atmosphere. Finally, there is a very diverse staff. Young & old, white, black, Hispanic, male & female so whatever you are looking for in terms of knowing your hair type, this place is perfect for anyone. Next time I come down to Florida I will purposely not get my hair cut before coming so I can make sure to get cut by Alex."

The quality and attention to detail he gives each haircut is unmatched! And the friendly and welcoming environment the shop has is hard to find.
