"DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ! YOU WILL NOT LEARN ANYTHING AND THE TEACHERS WILL NOT HELP! They will not teach you what you need to know. They will cheat you out of your kit charge you for everything and the teachers there are so rude and does not care about your education. The school only care about you doing blow drys and color retouch . Forget about learning any and everything you learn in the books you will only do what makes them money . They did not have a teacher for skin care but was taking our money. YOU WILL REGRET EVER GOING. THESE PEOPLE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THE TEACHER CASSANDRA TALKS ABOUT EVERYONE THERE SHE DOES NOT LIKE MS.CARRIE SHE TELLS EVERYONE MS.CARRIE IS RACIST AND THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND IS SLOW ."

"I went to get a facial and the towels and sheets being used were absolutely disgusting!!! I’m sure they were clean, but they did not look like it at all. My facial was relaxing, but thinking about if the sheets were clean or not didnt make me feel good at all."

"If you’re thinking about becoming a student here, DO NOT. Wast of time and money. They set you up for failure. Everything I was told prior to signing up, is being twisted and taken away. Services I was told was going to be taught, are not getting taught. And they go thru staff like a revolving door. I haven’t had a teacher for 6 weeks! I’m paying for nothing . and they’re not doing anything to help me financially, or anything. I’ve had 3 admissions counselor because they keep quitting, my teacher quit 2 months into my program & I’ve been teaching myself all of the services. I’ve paid almost $6,000 for knowledge that I’m not getting because they still haven’t hired a new teacher !! I graduate in 5 weeks!! With cost of the program I received a facial kit, a lash kit, and makeup kit and was told that if friends and family come for a service and we used our own products, the service would be free.. but if the school booked a client, we would use the school products and the client would pay. Now they’re going back on that and our friends and family have to pay for service, even tho we’ve paid for those kits… and we need those people for practice 1) before we get into the real world of esthetics and 2) for the services needed to graduate. The school DOES NOT book you any clients. So if you’re going to be singing up for this school make sure you have friends and family willing to pay for these services. You need 45 facials, 18 wax, 5 body sculpting, 10 lash and brow tint, and 10 makeup. We’ve expressed our feelings and concerns but still nothing. In a nutshell here are just a few red flags I’ve noticed so far (I still have 5 weeks of school left to go) - be ready to teach yourself but still pay almost $6,000 - school lies about services you will be getting taught. - paid $6000 for kits & you still have to charge your friends/family to practice on them - school does not book you clients so you better have lots of friends and family & money to pay for the services - towels and blankets being used are stained and looks gross - products are expired !!! - no cleaning service to clean the school.. floors and bathrooms are disgusting - Ms. Cindy(the director) is rude. - staff is a revolving door. I’ve had no teacher for 6 weeks … who’s teaching me ? Other students are.. great! Absolutely the worst experience ever. The only positive thing I could say is to Mrs. Cassandra, Thank you for everything you’ve done to help us. She has stepped in (on her own, not because she was told to) and took control to help us with our concerns, she put our services in the computer to keep track."

"I have been coming to The Salon Professional Academy for several months. I have enjoyed my experience there and I am excited to watch the students learning and progressing. I have had several different students do color, cut and style on my hair and I have been extremely happy and impressed with the outcome! I have been bringing my husband in for haircuts and shaves and he is very happy too! The instructors, Sara and Cassandra are so helpful and upbeat and the way they lift their students up is heartwarming. Thank you all so much! Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors."
