Walgreens Pharmacy

"I called in to ask if they would fill my meds now that I live .5 of a mile away. I was told they cant answer a question they dont have. I made it very clear. I moved and want to know if they can fill my meds. I was treated like an idiot and told not to have my meds sent to this location because they wont fill them. Pharmacys should NOT have the ability to discriminate for any reason. It was a simple question. Absolutely horrible customer service."

"The pharmacy tech I just spoke to on September 7th at 3:50pm was incredibly disrespectful to me. I had received a text and phone call that my prescription was ready to be picked up at this exact location, but she said there was nothing there. No big deal, but I wanted the issue resolved. I needed to know if it was sent to a different location or if there was any other miscommunication along the way. She spoke over me every time I tried to talk and ended the conversation with saying, “whatever, I have to go.” and hung up on me. I will be going out of my way to drive to another Walgreens further away. Update: another Walgreens was able to transfer my prescription FROM THIS LOCATION to another with zero problems. It was there the entire time."

"I would give this Walgreens Pharmacy staff zero stars if I could. Claimed they had the correct generic for a patient and still gave the patient the wrong generic after taking the money for the 365 pills they gave him!!! We let them know this generic can be detrimental for patient but pharmacist and staff did not seem to care. They are all unprofessional and not very smart. Go to another Walgreens pharmacy if you want good, informative and quick prescription care!!"

"I usually never leave reviews for anything, especially walgreens... However this transaction was different than most. After having a terrible day with the flu i went in the pharmacy to pick up my medicine for the flu and this pharmacist technician named Ghena was so ever polite to me after she was being yelled at by a nasty customer who had no right too. The way she treated me was as if i was family, she answered all my questions about the medicine i picked up. The way she spoke and handled our transaction was delightful more employees should learn from her."

"I've got nothing against this location as a place to go. The cashier on the morning of 11/27/19 on the other hand... I go up there to pay, she insists that the customer before me stop paying for his purchase so he can enter his points number. Then she gives him a thing that boosts his points received for the transaction. I get up there, automatically enter my points number, and no extra for myself. On top of that, she barely said good morning to me. Just because someone is younger or older than you does not give you the right to treat them poorly."
