"Ordered dog food from them. No delivery info from them after 4 days. On hold for 25 minutes. Agent said they would send tracking info by email. Did not do it. Called again next day..30 min on hold. Agent tells me shipment not sent. Had them cancel order. Chewy so much better and more reliable and responsive."
"PetMeds Customer Service I ordered a prescription that was to be delivered around 12.29.23. I received a notice from the post office saying it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. No one was captured on my security cameras and I was working from home between the holidays so I was here. I filed a claim with the post office and after almost 2 weeks was told the package was errantly delivered to someone else but I should go to the shipper for a replacement. I contacted PetMeds and they were very compliant. The prescription was replaced free to charge and delivered by UPS in a few days. I have ordered from PetMeds before and returned to them as I have not had an issue. I am glad they were open to replacing the lost items even though I did not think it was their responsibility to do so. Good company and great customer service."
"Worst Pet Pharmacy ! Worst customer service ! I have placed an order on Aug 14 online! I was watching out for the tracking nr to be updated, 5 days later they haven't started the order yet, so I contacted the customer service and they said are going to speed up the process! I finally got the order on August 29 , 15 days later!!! I have spent $200 for my German Shepherd 's vitamins and they not even shipped the flavor I have ordered for his vitamins!I have ordered duck flavor and they send me chicken flavor!!!Forgot to mention I'm only couple of hours away from this location!!!"
"I took too long to update my review but I had a bad experience that they made right x1000. I am beyond grateful for the customer service with this company because they made a really negative situation into something really great. I want to thank whomever it was that took my situation in consideration when evaluating a resolution for my experience. You guys saved my cat-literally, who has a very specific diet and for whom I could not find food anywhere within 100 miles of me or online. Long story short, I was taken care of even when I was upset. Which I might not have deserved. I appreciate you. I hope everyone reading this chooses to buy from this company because I'm a legitimate customer who they don't know but from across the country, they were still willing to take care of me. These people were raised right. Buy from them. They actually care about you and your animals. I also wanted to add that I've read some pretty negative reviews for this place, amongst many more great reviews I might add, and they're being faulted because people's credit card information was stolen and used on their site. You CANNOT blame this company because of someone else's actions. They did not steal the credit card information. Please use common sense. Please don't avoid them because of these dumb reviews. Clearly they care because they respond to every one of them to make it right. Not many companies do that anymore. They worked for a week straight to solve my issue and I couldn't be more grateful. "Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Ordered 6 pack Heartgard Mar 1st. Had to contact my vet for approval which was given same day. Kept waiting for email with shipping info. 6 days later Mar 7th I called them early a.m. and was told they just received approval and order would ship that day. If any issues they would contact me same morning. Didn’t hear anything so assumed all good. 2 days later Mar 9th still nothing so I called again. Person I spoke with had me on hold a long time. When she came back apologized for confusion, said she had 3 people working on order and would ship to me “overnight” because of all the issues. I asked her when she actually received vet approval and she couldn’t tell me because portal “down”? Finally received email with shipping info. Guess what? Priority mail. Really? Sent another email and was told I would have had to pay an additional $19.99 for overnight? All I wanted was a 6 pack of Heartgard and had to jump through what felt like a million hoops just to get. I will NEVER use these folks again. We work with a large dog rescue and I will be sure all the volunteers and potential adopters do the same."
