"I just came in for a covid booster. One I had an appt for. The facility ran out. Nice to know after an appt was made. But what ticked me off is that the girl at the consultation line (young black girl) was super nice. I asked did they know of any locations that may have had any. She asked I believe who was a pharmacist (older white lady), I believe she called her Pat of she knew any and she was so rude in her response. “i dont know”. In my experience, as a healthcare worker, a APRN, I try to go above and beyond and cordial with my patients. She could have said we can call or even we dont have that info but you can call the closer ones nicely and even gave eye contact. Just nasty"

"I've been living in Palm Beach County in South Florida for two decades - at least. The Walgreens Pharmacy on Lyons Road just south of Boynton Beach Blvd. is the worst Walgreens - I have ever been to. They have mixed up my prescriptions and given me someone's RX with the same last name - they are not paying attention. The Pharmacist Jonathan has a very cavalier attitude and takes no responsibility for his errors or the total chaos of the pharmacy. Here's my advise: If you need a pharmacy in this area don't go to this one. Publix is much better!"
