"The pharmacy staff has etiquette and customer service acumen. The staff member monitoring the self checkout ? Not so much. This is a grown woman sucking on a lollipop while on her cell phone conversing casually. Then gets upset when I- a customer- asks her the employee- for help. She sucks here teeth, rolls her eyes, and doesn’t shy away from conveying her contempt. She continues to be be condescending- why did I do this or that. I’m sorry I made your job hard today."

"I was greeted by Gloria at the door. She was very helpful and bilingual. So kind! I asked for her help and she immediately walked me over to the section I needed. I would have taken me forever to find as it was on the bottom shelves. But Gloria expedited the process, mentioned to get her if I needed more help. I am grateful. It’s not every day you get first hand service and even less at the pharmacy. Try that at Walgreens, HA! Anyway. I had a wonderful quick and effortless run through the pharmacy at lunchtime. Gloria was wonderful. Thank you kindly."

"CVS is definitely my least favorite place to buy certain items but this store is even worse. Wouldn’t process a simple return and were rude. Definitely avoid- the Walgreens on federal is much better and the employees are nicer as well."
