"I have been going to see Jonathan here for over a year now and he has been nothing but truly amazing, attentive, and always gives me the best haircut. However, the last couple of visits, especially today, the music was so loud I couldn't have a normal conversation with him. Is there any way they could keep the music low so I can have a better conversation with my barber? I understand the necessity of music playing and it was good music it's just so loud recently. Can anything be done to lower just enough to have conversational levels of speech?"
"My son and I have been getting our hair cut here for a long time. We have always walked in and had no problems. Walked in 2 weeks ago no problem. Today only needed my son cut, one guy cutting, one guy eating, one guy cleaning. They said they had an appointment but could get to him soon. An hour later and after watching 10 people with “appointments” get cut we left with my son crying that they must not want to cut his hair because they don’t like him. He is 7 and doesn’t understand how so many people can walk in after and get served before. We will not be going back."
