"The manager there today 9/1 lacks professionalism, and customer service skills! Today I went to get some things and the card wouldn’t process, she said it was my bank and I had just used it at another store, the young lady at the cash register said they had internet issues all day so it wasn’t my bank, I asked her to ring the lady after me and then asked her if she can try again my card. The manager with an attitude said they were going to only accept cash, and I asked her if at least she could try again and she said no. Not only was she nasty to me but to another customer as well. How do you have people in management positions who clearly lack customer service skills?! This is not jut because it’s dollar tree, it’s a job of service and it doesn’t cost anything to be polite. This store continuously has new staff and it’s clearly because the manager doesn’t know how to treat her staff and customers with kindness and respect."

There's plenty of back to school supplies, it's a good time to start stocking up on organization essentials. They have lots of things to keep the kids busy during the summer.
